The Guildford Education Partnership (GEP Academies) was formed in September 2013 from the multi academy trust set up by George Abbot School and Boxgrove Primary School. On 1 September 2014, both Kings College, Guildford and Sandfield Primary School joined the trust. Fullbrook School joined on 1 September 2015 with Guildford Grove Primary School and Loseley Fields Primary School joining on 1 November 2016.
GEP Academies provides high quality primary and secondary state funded education in Guildford and the surrounding area. It shares best practice between schools and develops the training of teachers. It provides an environment in which its member schools can maintain their individuality and flourish.
GEP Academies is a multi academy trust with a cross-phase family of schools with the common aim of continuous school improvement through challenge, collaboration and support.
We seek to be a network of schools where every child/young person receives the best possible education through the sharing of best practice and world class professional development opportunities for staff.
- We promote excellence, personal achievement and the realisation of each and every pupil's potential, irrespective of their gender, race, ability or background
- We believe that pupils should be at the centre of everything we do and receive the best possible education
- All schools in the partnership will be working towards or maintaining outstanding status
GEP Academies believes that all schools are more effective when they work in partnership than when they stand alone.
We value and embrace each school's uniqueness and the community they serve, whilst seeking to learn from and share with each other so that excellence is spread effectively.
