George Abbot students have achieved an excellent set of GCSE results. Our Year 11 students are celebrating very strong outcomes across their subjects, despite completing their exams at a time of significant disruption to the education system.
Overall, 37% of GCSE results were graded 9 – 7.
77% of results were 9 – 5.
89% of results were 9 – 4.
Our Year 10 students completed their RE GCSE this year and, they too, have achieved high standards.
Teachers across the curriculum worked very hard to provide continuity and ensure that students received the best possible teaching; this context underpins these results for George Abbot students.
Well done to the GCSE class of 2022 – they should be very proud. Their focus and tenacity has been richly rewarded. We wish all our Year 11 cohort success and happiness in the next stage of their journey; indeed, we look forward to welcoming most of them back as members of George Abbot Sixth Form.
