Over the last 2 weeks the Year 11, 12 and 13 students had the opportunity to listen to, and be involved in, a presentation and Q & A session run by our expert Apprenticeship Support & Knowledge Coordinator (part of Amazing Apprenticeships).

It was a very informative session and gave a greater understanding of opportunities available through apprenticeships. We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who demonstrate the attributes that are fundamental to becoming a successful Property Manager via the apprenticeship route. The role involves providing support to the Land Management Department by supporting the fee earners in their daily dealings with clients, tenants and contractors

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to complete a Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management apprenticeship which should last for approximately 18 – 24months.

Psychometric Testing is a widely used part of the recruitment and selection process not only for Apprenticeships but also increasingly in other interviews and assessments as we move further into a virtual way of working.
